Job Opportunity:
BUDGET AND COST ANALYST
Responsibilities:
o
Support the strategic plans to meet the
company objectives and provide financial
analysis via financial statements review,
budget and forecast;
o
Perform daily accounting functions and
support the accounting close;
o
Supports cash management and tax functions
and examine budget estimates for
completeness, accuracy, and conformance with
procedures and regulations;
o
Analyze budgeting and accounting reports for
the purpose of maintaining expenditure
controls, improve efficiency and increase
profits;
o
Assist the Comptroller with the consolidated
financial statements of CTS and its
wholly-owned subsidiary Cargo West, Inc, and
CTS Tennessee; Completes complex analysis
and studies that support the budget and
financial reporting: Based on research and
analysis, develops recommendations that
helps resolve business issues and helps
maintain and improve financial standing;
o
Present oral and written reports to the
company on general economic trends and
specific information on projects underway or
under consideration; prepare financial and
regulatory reports required by law and board
of directors, as necessary
Requirements:
o
Bachelor’s of Business Administration in
International Business or closely related
field, or foreign equivalent
o
5 years of progressive experience in
import/export.
o
Position requires knowledge of Visual
LOADPlus/VLP Online and Dynamics GP (former
Great Plains) process and procedures.
